CommBank ‘You can tap’ augmented reality activation & campaign

 

CommBank was the first to have Tap & Pay. But changing the daily banking habits of an entire country isn’t easy. While AR of the TVC’s stars taught people how to tap their feet, the rest of the campaign taught 15 million customers how to tap their cards - and Australia’s been tapping ever since.

Where: Campaign included customer activation, OOH, online video, radio, print, in-branch POS, in-branch collateral, staff activation, direct, email, digital, mobile, social.  
Winner: Effies.
