CommBank ‘Pay with points’ loyalty campaign

 

Most loyalty programs are pretty frustrating and tired, so CommBank credit cards made theirs easy. Customers could get instantly rewarded at Myer, communicated just as instantaneously in this campaign which worked with the bank’s ‘CAN’, over 100s of campaign elements, over 3 years.

Where: Campaign included OOH, radio, print, in-branch POS, in-branch collateral, staff activation, direct, email, digital, mobile, social.
Winner: Effies, ADMA.
What else: My loyalty experience includes FlyBuys, IKEA Family, Woolworths Rewards, and ANZ and CommBank rewards credit cards.
